How to install?
- Installer option:
Install game and run - ZIP option:
Right-click the .zip → Properties → tick Unblock → Apply
Then extract the whole folder anywhere
Run ADeckOfHex.exe.
(No installer, nothing written to the registry) - Note: The build is unsigned (not going to pay hundreds of dollars to sign it) so unblocking first per step 1, is what stops Windows showing "Windows protected your PC". If you skip step 1, you'll get that prompt and need More info → Run anyway. If you are uncomfortable with that, the game is also on steam and itch. :)
- If the window opens blank: install the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime (ships with Win11 and Win10 since mid-2021) from https://developer.microsoft.com/microsoft-edge/webview2/. The game is build to run as a web app, this plugin enables that.
System Requirements:
- Dual Core Pentium or equivalent Processor.
- Intel HD 2000 or equivalent Graphics.
- 589 MB of free disk space (Recommended to have twice as much free disk space than this).
