-New Game Mechanic! (Easter Eggs)
I’ve hidden 5 special animations in the game. One for each: Meya, Revna, Edda, Caira, and Liv.
To unlock them, you’ll need to find the hidden parchments scattered across the maps (they could be anywhere!).

Truth be told, I have no idea if it’s too easy or too hard to find them, so I’ll be counting on your feedback! You might have to go a little click-crazy exploring the maps to discover them.

Hints:

There’s only one per map.
And here’s a free one: try clicking right there (A free hidden Easter Egg just because I love you guys!)

I’ve added these Easter Eggs as Achievements too! When you find one, it’ll automatically unlock an achievement.

-New Core Mechanic: Game Shops
Two new shops are now available! Visit the Blacksmith to buy upgraded shields and swords, and Janna’s Store to get better boots and necklaces.
These items boost your stats, and your stats directly affect battles (Check the Status Window for details on what each stat does).

Your equipment also changes your battle appearance. Prices still need balancing, so let me know what you think!

-New Core Mechanic: Status Gain
You can now earn Status Points by completing certain chapters (like the mountain training in Edda’s story).
A handy pop-up will appear whenever you gain new points, so you won’t miss it!

-New Battle Mechanic: Critical Hit
I’ve added a new layer of challenge to battles: Critical Hits! Now, if you aim precisely, you’ll deal double damage.

-Minigames:

1 new minigame in Edda’s story to enjoy. Their final battle!

-Bug Fixes and Quality of Life Improvements:

Pressing Esc on the Heart or Status window now closes it, instead of opening the System window on top.
Improved the audio system: it now supports mixing background noise and music (I just haven’t added any new tracks yet).
Fixed a chat bug where the last line was skipped when clicking “Next.”
I updated Unity to the latest version to fix a bug from the previous one.
Various minor bug fixes and small polish touches.
