How to install?
- 1. Extract the archive.
- 2. Open the "Locale.Emulator.2.5.0.1" folder and run "LEInstaller.exe".
- 3. Install the Locale Emulator for all users.
- 4. Press Right Click (or Shift+Right Click on Windows 11) on "hs_mc03.exe".
- 5. Select "Locale Emulator" -> "Run in Japanese" from the list.
- 6. The game should open. Try again if it doesn't.

- Translated the game to English.
- Translated the Manual to English.
- Removed the mosaic from the images.
- Now you can add up to 8 characters names and the code word, compared to original 4 character limit.
- Changed the title window message.
- Included Locale Emulator inside the game folder.
- Included a save folder that will unlock everything.
