New Feature: Transform Followers into Hybrid Fembois
Followers in the settlement can now be changed into a unique hybrid-gender form. A marvel of genetic engineering created by Celestial science, these special individuals are called hybrid fembois.

• Genetically Female, But with a Cock. The hybrid femboi is female in almost every sense of the word, as her genetic code is predominantly female, yet she is enhanced with certain male cosmetic attributes, such as male-appearing genitalia.
• Balls Optional. The gonads of the hybrid femboi, which may be displayed in testicular sack or housed internally, are actually female ovaries modified to produce sperm in addition to eggs.
• Able to Get Pregnant. The hybrid femboi has a womb, and is capable (if fertile) of becoming pregnant and giving birth, both of which are achieved via modified anal canal, which serves as both vagina and anus for her.

New Feature: Customize Genital Attributes
A follower’s genitals (both female and male-appearing) now have more detailed attributes, all of which can be customized.

• Clit Size, Hood Coverage, and Labia Style. If a follower has a vagina, you can now customize the size of their clitoris, how fully their hood covers it, and the appearance of their labia.
• Cock Length & Width. If a follower has a cock, you can customize the length and thickness of it.
• Remove or Restore Foreskin. You can remove or restore the foreskin on the cock of a follower.
• Gonad Size & Placement. If a follower has a cock, you can choose the size of their visible gonads, or choose to move them inside their body altogether for a smoother undercarriage.

Character Creator & Shop Options Updated
Various areas of the game have been updated to accommodate these new options.

• New Genitals Section in Character Creator. A new section has been added to the Character Creator toolset (launched on a new game start) which allows the selection of female or male-appearing genitals, as well making selections for their appearance.
• Main Story Intro Updated. The main story intro has also been updated, so that if a follower is given a cock during character creation, the player can notice and comment upon it afterward. This leads to a couple of new dialogue choices in which the player can learn more about the femboi’s special biology.
• Shop Options for Genitals in Follower Manager. The follower manager screen (launched mid-game) has been updated to include a new button labeled ‘Genitals’. This provides full genetic customization options for a follower’s type and appearance of genitals. Each selection made comes with a cost in energy. (The Genitals button is only available when a follower has high devotion or submission).

New Brief Side-Story Event
A brief, voyeuristic event can now occur after a follower undergoes significant genital changes. The player can find this follower standing before a mirror in the shower dressing room. They’re examining their newly-changed body and don’t know they’re being observed. This event can occur if their vagina has been replaced by a cock, their cock replaced by a vagina, their foreskin removed or restored, or their gonads removed or restored.

• Watch Them Unobserved or Walk Away. You can choose to continue watching them unobserved, or give them privacy and walk away. But if you stick around, things are bound to get more heated. You can watch them examine and explore their newly-changed body, play with themselves experimentally, and see how their body reacts.

Give Birth Event Updated
When a follower gives birth in the settlement, that event now includes gender transformation options for male offspring. Treatment with female chromosomes is now available to help them survive the rigors of accelerated aging. This means that even male offspring can now return later to serve as adult followers (albeit with decidedly female appearances).

• Treat Them to Become Fully Female. Heavy application of female chromosomes can result in male offspring returning later as a full woman (with the appropriate appearance and biology).
• Treat Them to Become a Hybrid Femboi (internal gonads). Moderate application of female chromosomes can instead result in them returning later as a gelded femboi. They retain their male penis, but display no visible gonads, and have an otherwise female appearance and biology. (Their gonads, however, do remain. They are simply housed internally.)
• Treat Them to Become a Hybrid Femboi (external gonads). Works the same as the femboi option above, only allows them to retain their testicular sack and visible gonads.
• Ask Eva: What exactly is a hybrid femboi? When said options are available, you can also ask Eva to explain in detail the exact nature and biology of a hybrid femboi.
• Special Status Displayed under LOOK CLOSER. If you select LOOK CLOSER during a dialogue and a follower’s parentage is displayed (typically when fully clothed), their history as being assigned male at birth will also be mentioned.
• Special Status Displayed by Their Parent. If a follower has given birth to an offspring transformed in this way, then the readout of the various offspring she has produced will include a mention how many of her daughters were born male.
• Special Status Shown in Legacy Report. If the transformed offspring is sired by the MC, the legacy report (displayed at the end of each turn) will count these individuals as daughters of the MC, and display a notation of how many of them were born male.

New Foreplay Options During Sex.
New scenes & choices have been added for followers with male-appearing genitals.

• Stroke Her Cock.
• Grind Against Her Cock.
• Caress Her Balls. Only available if a follower has visible gonads.
• Caress Her Perineum. Only available if a follower has a cock, but no visible gonads.

New Oral Options During Sex.

• Tease Her Cock with Tongue.
• Suck Her Cock.
• Lick & Suck Her Balls. Only available if a follower has visible gonads.
• Finger Anus Slowly. Includes variant text displayed if follower is still an anal virgin.
• Finger Anus Firmly. Only available if follower is no longer an anal virgin.

Nude Punishment Dialogue Updated

• Punish Her Cock.
• Whip Her Gonads. Only available if a follower has visible gonads.
• Whip Her Perineum. Only available if a follower has a cock, but no visible gonads.

New Washing Options During Shower Sex.

• Wash Her Cock.
• Wash Her Balls. Only available if a follower has visible gonads.

Misc. Updates

• Corrected Issue in Character Creator that could cause the Restore Defaults action to only restore partial attributes of the default follower rather than all of them.
• Corrected Issue in Sex Dialogue that could prevent the partner’s orgasm text from being properly color-coded if it occurred in the same scene as the player’s orgasm.
• Minor Text Update in Give Birth Event. The location in which a follower gives birth will now only be described as ‘the infirmary’ if one of the infirmaries in the settlement has been constructed. Otherwise, the location will be described as ‘the sleeping quarters’.
• When the parentage of a follower is completely unknown (neither father nor mother known), that information will no longer be displayed under LOOK CLOSER.
