As we crossed the 15k goal the cheat menu will be made available to everyone, it will be a button in the game's phone (which will make it easier for Android users):

Edit: Since 22.5.0 there is an option to disable Powersave in the game options (this helps some people to get rid of the lag, not all of them):
Old/Alternative way to disable powersave:
Also had some lag while playing this time, but disabling "Powersave" got rid of it for the most time on my side.
To get to the menu you've to hold Shift while opening the executable:
