Halyna now can lead you to the Heaven’s Gate after you talk with the goblin Chief.
Matilda now give you a quest with two (vore/non-vore) possible endings. Exclusive for male MC.
Voraisha appears outisde the City of Horns after the Champion questline begins.
After the main plot is over you can play cards with Christina and bet yourself to unlock her first scene.
In Tower of Memories you can now teleport to the end of the Tower to get straight to new scenes.
Added the first ending for the main plot and unlock the endgame.
After the main story end you can choose one of the two houses:

Farmhouse in the Holy Union
Mansion in the Theocracy
