Yes i've finished her quest with the science test and I am playing on version v0.10. She sends the text message after the quest is done.

I just tested my save on an older version to see if the scene triggered and it did so I cant figure out why it doesnt on the new version.

Could you share a save with me if the content triggers on your save? Because I suspect it could be because i've played on older version previously and dont really want to start the entire game from scratch again.

The only final save I have is on v0.10c completed. You might want to take a look at the gallery. You would be able to see where you have been with a character and what needs to be done. You can unlock the gallery from MC computer by entering "unlockgallery" in the cheat option. You can also turn things off by entering the code a second time. For scenes that have been removed you can use code "retired" to see the ones removed. I think there were 2 for Gwynn and 1 for Natalie. With Natalie you can have several new scenes: beach day, the swing on the beach, a night time scene when she is sleeping, and a couple of others. I can give you the completed save for v0.10c if you like. If so, let me know and I will post it. You could just put it in a open save slot which won't affect your current play. Hope this helps.
