Create a male character and start making connections. Your goal is to turn your contacts into sissies by getting them to agree to certain things. Once you’ve got your first sissy, you can start brainwashing them to accept the ideas you’ve planted inside their heads.​

What's New in Ultimate Sissy Simulator Version - 2.0.2-alpha3?
- Prisoner demands have been added.
- Prisoner daily simulation now correctly updates a prisoner’s demands. If it’s a short-term slave, they will start complaining after 7 days of being locked up. After 60 days, they will stop fighting it, and the long-term slave consent will unlock automatically.
- The Comms menu has been fully fixed. There were various display errors and a lack of actions, I’ll be adding more in each update.
- Options now have tooltips that display additional information.
- You can now see the chance of success for an action.
- Energy and Patience costs for actions have been fixed.
- Power Dynamic is the most important factor when it comes to making a sissy oblige. Adjustments have been made to the action resolver.
- Contact progress has been added. You can now track Chastity Endurance and Femininity. More to come.
- A Skills tab has been added to the Contact Stats menu. You can see their current sexual skills.
- You can now pay for a sissy’s appearance items directly from your bank account.
- Several older hairstyles have been added back.
- Toy resetting has been fixed. Added toys will no longer disappear from a sissy’s inventory.
- Prisoner transfers between dungeons have been fully fixed.
- Dog cages now clear themselves when empty, so they are no longer left in a useless state.
- Sex Statistics have been fixed. Partners and sex acts should now update correctly.
- Attraction stats now update after sex.
- The mini-game shield bug has been fixed.
- HRT now updates correctly.
- Orchiectomy has been fixed.
- Toys disappearing from a sissy’s inventory has been fixed.
- A butt plug is now visible in sex mode if it was inserted.
- Last Interaction should now update properly.
Known Issues
- Mini-game bet-setting problems.
- Contact icons are generated only once during the main menu load. This will be fixed in an upcoming update.
- Jittery, unfinished sex position.
- UI problems here and there.
- Attractiveness is still WIP.
- Sissy’s appearance inventory sometimes doesn’t save. Investigating it.
- Micro-stuttering here and there, optimizing it.
- I noticed a small FPS hitch when generating a portrait for a newly added contact during testing. It happened once and I haven’t been able to reproduce it since, but I’ll look into optimizing the portrait generation system in the next update.
