• Replaced the starter perk-pack choice with a starter card draft where new players choose three Common or Flaw cards directly.
• Added a passive/flaw activation split for perk cards: passive cards are slot-free and can be toggled on or off, while flaw cards can be activated from inventory and only removed after the rest of the active loadout is empty.
• Added and wired nine new Flaws and fifteen new passive perk cards.
• Updated Heavy Flow into a passive lactation perk so it no longer consumes a regular perk slot.
• Added a Perk Collection type filter for Slot, Passive, and Flaw cards, with updated visuals for each card type.
