What's New in Harem Kingdoms Version - 0.19?
Game Systems
– Adjustments to the girls’ affection leveling system. This will allow me to be more specific with the girls’ affection requirements (I think I can even create variations between girls of the same level, which could make certain characters easier and others harder to win over).
– Implementation of a conditional nickname system for pending girls. It’s not yet used in the game (since not all girls have Black Heart routes implemented), but the logic is in place.
– Added certain multi-route conditions to some scenes in the Yellow Heart route. This allows, for example, you to see certain content from Yellow Heart level 2 even if you only have Yellow Heart level 1 and another heart level 2.
Bugs Fixed
– (Bug) I forgot to translate some things in version 0.18.
– (Bug) Some grammatical errors were corrected.
Girls
– 1 new red-level (level 2) mission for Aiko (with its rewards).
– 1 new yellow-level mission for Aiko (with its rewards).
– 1 new black-level mission for Aiko (with its rewards).
Discarded Ideas
– None
Others
– Almost all the schedules for the girls in Village 1 (Girls 1-15, with the exception of girl 13). Note: This isn’t displayed in the game yet, as I’ve only finished the planning stage.
– Warning notes for the yellow and black routes (Although I’ve discussed the content of these routes in blog posts and comments, I know it’s better to have a clear warning in the game). Note: The warnings should appear just before the first level missions of the routes mentioned above begin.
– The events have been moved around in the code. This will help me organize the code better.
