Android:
Basic concept is the same, you need to replace the old files with the new ones. The easiest way I've found of doing this is using "Apk editor pro" selecting simple edit , then under assets>data you should find the files. You've then have to remove and reinstall the application for the changes to take affect.

+ Fixed images with bimbo Sarah and blake would not go away.
+ Fixed Emma would be on Sarah’s place when she’s not supposed to stopping the way back quest from progressing.
+ Fixed Emma would be on bimbo Sarah’s place when she’s not supposed to stopping the way back quest from progressing.
+ Fixed bimbo Sarah would have too high lust to progress the quest once Victoria comes back from the orc city.
+ Fixed the conversation after bringing Anne to the brothel still doesn’t reflect on that fact.
