The translation must match the game version.
To check it see if there is this string present in Resources\data\info.json text file: "key":"cYmTlrrXhX9x0AyRUxs4ew==".
If not the version is wrong and it won't work correctly.

The path to the game should only contain English letters/digits.

If you see error 0xc000007b, it specifically addresses missing or corrupted runtimes.
Try to reinstall them (and I mean all of them: both x64 and x86) using the latest versions downloaded from here:
