A young man fresh out of military conscription accidentally kills someone on a rainy night, then picks up the victim’s memory card in panic. His father — a man who holds everyone’s fate in his hands — erases all the evidence, in exchange for one condition:
“Stop wasting your life and go to medical school… Just keep an eye on Kane for me.”
He must disguise himself as a medical student to get close to Kane through the people around him — including Miw, Kane’s girlfriend and the mentor nurse at the hospital where he interns.​
