Save Patch: FILEKNOT

Save Patch Installation:

Locate your game folder (the one that contains the .rpy files and/or the game's .rpa archives).

Put save_patch.rpy inside that game folder (next to the RPA files).

Start the game. No other steps required.

Save Patch Features:

Keeps saving enabled for the whole game.

The game can turn saving off internally; this patch forces config.save = True and re-applies it every interaction so saving stays available (Save/Load in the menu and quick-save should work).

Cheat Mod: FILEKNOT

Cheat Mod Installation:

Locate your game folder (same as above).

Put cheat_mod.rpy inside the game folder.

Start the game. The "Cheat" button appears whenever you're in the main game (location selection, etc.).

Cheat Mod Features:

Adds a "Cheat" button in the main game window (top center, just to the right of the Energy display).

Clicking it opens a Cheat Menu with options to add affection, gold, and max out energy.

All changes use the game's normal variables and save/load with your save file.

Walkthrough Mod: FILEKNOT

Walkthrough Mod Installation:

Locate your game folder (same as above).

Put walkthrough_mod.rpy inside the game folder.

Start the game. The "Guide" button appears whenever you're in the main game.

Walkthrough Mod Features:

Adds a "Guide" button in the main game window (top center, to the right of the Cheat button).

Clicking it opens a Walkthrough Guide menu with recommended actions to advance efficiently.

Uses indicators: ! for high priority, ▶ for suggested next steps.

All recommendations are based on current game state (affection, gold, unlocks).
