About Volume 2 Full Save:
All the important stuff is still stored in registry "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Yabukaradoo\NejicomiSimulator2", except now you need to know the name of each unlock to modify it. So it was easier to just set all the counters for orgasm, tweets, etc to some high number. This triggers the tutorials which guide you through the game and also unlock all the stuff for buying.
Volume 1-4 Decensor Patch: FILEKNOT - ANONZIP
Pick the game you want and drop the attached Assembly-CSharp.dll into the (GameName)_Data/Managed folder.
Only affects the mosaic censor, the bar censor still active. It is a toggle so don't complain that it doesn't work because of the bar.
