Sex Horde Survivors is a fast paced adult Vampire Survivors like game. Choose one of five heroines, cut through growing hordes, collect XP and assemble automatic weapons and passive charms. Complete item combinations to unlock screen filling evolutions, defeat elites and bosses, and survive a full 15 minute run before continuing into Endless mode.​

- Rebalanced both Reaper phases and post-20-minute difficulty scaling.
- Added an Exit Run option to the pause menu.
- Fixed trees and structures floating, pushing or accelerating nearby actors.
- Fixed Frieren, Fern and costume movement issues.
- Fixed Fern’s ultimate visual duplication.
- Corrected Clock Lancet targeting and cooldown behavior.
- Reduced excessive visual clutter from Yuki’s ultimate.
- Improved the health bar presentation and positioning.
- Added VSync and frame-rate options.
- Fixed Patreon costume requirements and locked-skin feedback.
- Slightly increased early-game enemy speed and damage.
